Our client is an Elite ServiceNow Partner and they are hiring Senior ServiceNow Administrator with specialized expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The successful candidate will join the Ontario team and will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to ensure smooth IT service delivery and efficient asset management.
Responsibilities:
As the Senior ServiceNow Administrator , you will manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform to achieve optimal performance and availability. You will customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI actions and client scripts. Implement and oversee IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes in ServiceNow, ensuring precise tracking of IT assets across their lifecycle. Enhance Hardware Asset Management (HAM) capabilities in ServiceNow for efficient management of hardware assets. Monitor and oversee hardware inventory, encompassing procurement, deployment, maintenance and disposal. Identify opportunities to enhance processes and automate operations within ITAM and HAM modules. Mentor and provide training to junior administrators and end-users on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation detailing configurations, customizations, workflows and procedures.
Qualifications:
Comprehensive background in ServiceNow administration and configuration, focusing particularly on ITAM and HAM modules. Solid grasp of IT asset lifecycle management and best practices in hardware asset management. Demonstrated capacity to mentor and guide junior administrators effectively. Holder of ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or advanced certifications. Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with diverse enterprise systems. Please Note** This position is a hybrid role and requires working at least two days a week at the office in Peel, Onatrio.
