ServiceNow Architect - Job DescriptionPosition Overview: The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical specifications.Develop and implement ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows.Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the design and development of ServiceNow solutions.Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure solutions meet specifications.Maintain and update documentation related to ServiceNow architecture and configurations.Stay current with new ServiceNow features and updates, ensuring the platform is utilized to its full potential.Required Skills and Qualifications:Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and development.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CSM.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant web technologies.Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
