We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow FSM Developer with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration in an enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow FSM platform, customizing workflows, and providing support and training to end-users.Implement and configure the ServiceNow FSM platform based on business requirements.Customize FSM workflows, forms, and reports to improve efficiency and user experience.Develop and maintain documentation related to FSM processes and configurations.Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow FSM platform.Good to have experience in ITSM , CSM, modules i.e. Incident , Problem , Change ,Event Management, Discovery, Service Map, Cloud Management, CMDB etc.Good development experience in ServiceNow technical areas like Business Rules, Import Set, Knowledge management, Client Scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Data Policies, Script Includes, Jelly Scripts, Service Portal, Scheduler, UI Macro, Workflow, Tables, Notification, Widget, Event, variable Set, ACL, etc. Should have experience in installation, configuration, workflow design and integrate software products with ServiceNow platform Should have development experience in custom solutions required through scripting and software development. Experience in preparing technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required.Good Communication Skills & ability to learn and adapt new technologiesExperience with JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML5, and CSS3
