ServiceNow IRM Specialist
ServiceNow IRM Specialist assists the lead or works independently in designing, developing andimplementing Risk and Control Assurance and Policy and Compliance processes, conducting researchand performing analysis required to build respective modules within ServiceNow Platform, capturesbusiness requirements in a form of agile stories, as well as testing configured functionalities end to endas soon as these have been developed.
Skills required:
4 to 6+ years of experience in IRM, BCM, VRM Operations Good understanding and exposure to security operations processes across Compliance, Risk, Audit,Policy, Regulatory, Business Continuity, vendor risk management etc. Responsible for understanding and documenting the technical specification and implementingServiceNow IRM module. Responsible for development, implementation and integration of various components on theServiceNow including UI Builders, Portal and workspaces. Review customer’s security architecture and design process and system integrations to ServiceNowIRM. Writing, testing, and debugging common script types including Client Scripts, UI Policies, BusinessRules, and Script Includes, using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and Jelly Configure solution environments to address customer requirements and business issues. Experience in frameworks such as NIST, ISO27001,ISO22301, IBIC, COBIT, IRAM etc. Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products includingapplicable regulations, business drivers, security, and evolving business needs, etc. Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders,such as clients and internal team members. Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients andinternal team members. Must have strong written and oral communication skills and be self-directed and independent.
