Job Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer

Department: Information Technology / Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
Job Summary: The ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) modules. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions to enhance the organization's GRC/IRM capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Development:Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules.Collaborate with GRC and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Implement and configure GRC/IRM solutions, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management.Implementation and Support:Oversee the implementation of GRC/IRM modules, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.Provide ongoing support and maintenance of GRC/IRM solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GRC/IRM modules.Project Management:Lead GRC/IRM-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user guides.Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Team Leadership:Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting skill development and knowledge sharing.Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in GRC/IRM and ServiceNow technologies.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.Participate in training and certification programs to enhance technical skills. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on GRC/IRM modules.Strong understanding of GRC/IRM processes and best practices.Proficiency in JavaScript, XML, and other web technologies.Experience with ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules such as Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Vendor Risk Management.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (GRC) certification is a plus.
