Position: ServiceNow ITBM/SPM Developer Experience: 6+ YrsLocation: Bangalore
JOB Description:Service Now Development experience in Implementing new Applications & Developing Integrations, enhancing existing applications , Custom Apps.Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and scripts to meet business needs.Advanced configuration and customization of ServiceNow, including scripting in JavaScript,creating workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and custom applications.Good overall knowledge of ServiceNow Platform, various modules, Expertise in ServiceNow scripting.Expertise in various development utilities like Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes etc. Experience with custom applications in ServiceNow. Good to have experience in Service Portal, Integration Hub, Virtual Agent etc.Work on Solution Design for new requirements & Implement the same. Guide\Mentor other team members.Exposure to having worked in large organizations with Service Management tools.Good stakeholder management and communication skills.ServiceNow certificationITIL Certification.
