ServiceNow Developer
Location - London (2 days per week in the office)
RP International are currently partnered with a leading Consultancy who require a ServiceNow Developer to support their client in the financial sector.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing, implementing, and optimising ServiceNow solutions, specifically within the realm of HAM.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and customise ServiceNow applications and modules, particularly focusing on Hardware Asset Management.Implement best practices for asset lifecycle management, including asset discovery, procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions and processes.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Qualifications:Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM module and asset management best practices.Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Experience with ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Service Portal.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
