Role: Service Now GRCLocation:MumbaiExperience: 4+ years
Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and implement ServiceNow GRC solutions to manage governance, risk, and compliance processes.Customize and configure the ServiceNow GRC module to meet organizational requirements.Integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.Automate GRC workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.Provide training and support to users and stakeholders on ServiceNow GRC functionalities.Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to maintain policies and controls within ServiceNow GRC.Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies using ServiceNow GRC tools.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor GRC activities and performance.Experience in ServiceNow GRC with a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance principles.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
