ServiceNow Engineer - IAM

As a ServiceNow Engineer, you'll play a key role in our client's competency team, developing and implementing high-quality ServiceNow and Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions for their clients.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with colleagues across IT, architects, project managers, and analysts to design, build, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.Analyze new business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using best practices.Ensure client needs are met by guiding the project lifecycle from conception to implementation and beyond.Develop and adapt customized ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.Integrate ServiceNow with existing IAM systems for seamless collaboration.Identify and resolve technical challenges related to ServiceNow and its processes.Develop and implement IAM solutions for smooth functionality.Create and maintain accurate technical documentation for efficient communication.Contribute your expertise and experience to ensure ServiceNow aligns with demanding business needs.

Who you are:
Proven experience developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.Strong understanding of customer-specific business process implementation.Solid knowledge of various IAM processes and their organizational implementation.Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective collaboration and communication skills.Experience with customer-centric solution development.Proactive and independent work style.Fluent written and spoken German with business-level English proficiency.
