Job Title: ServiceNow Senior Solution Consultant/Architect Remote
Note: This is a C2H role and we are only considering candidates who are GC holders or US citizens.
Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and guidance on program development to transform programs and offerings based on client's business structures, strategies, and prioritiesAt least 1 full cycle implementation/activation of one or more of the following Service Now CapabilitiesAI Search, "Now Assist", Virtual Assistant/Agent, Integration HubWorking with ServiceNow in Global Enterprise Technology environmentsAssesses architecture and solution designs to support your objectives including alignment with ServiceNow implementation best practicesAt least 5+ years in Customer and/or ServiceNow Platform roles with a focus on AI and digital transformation leveraging ITSM, ITOM & CSM product suites.Deep understanding of AI models and how they operate within the ServiceNow platformKnowledge on ServiceNow GEN AI OOB models & configuration/integrityStrong track record of working cross functionally across ServiceNow, Customers, and SI Partners to advise and drive value of ServiceNow AI capabilities and reporting to stakeholdersDemonstrated experience in presenting ServiceNow solutions, including strategic Partner programsstrong communication & presentation skillsInterpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to deal with cultural diversity.Stay current on how GenAI capabilities accelerate transformation on the ServiceNow PlatformInvest time to learn the model specifications, differentiators, understand which models are under consideration for testing and use, and how these compare to 3rd party open-source LLMs.
QualificationsOverall, 6-10 years of experience in ITMinimum of 5 years experience ServiceNow solutions and delivery, service management, and workflow managementMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow mid/large scale programs including 1 year on Virtual Agent and AutomationManagement consulting experience
Certifications:ITIL (Must have)ServiceNow Certified System AdministratorCertified Implementation Specialist – ITSM /ITOM/CSM (at least 1 product specialists)Micro certification on Virtual Agent/Now AssistMicro certification on Integration Hub
