ServiceNow Engineer

This is a remote position.
Looking for a ServiceNow Engineer strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment This assignment could start as early as 04/07/2024 or as late as 26/06/2025 the end of depending on resource availability with possible extension.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and services. Configure and enhance core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow. Maintain and support existing ServiceNow applications. Create and maintain technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Familiarity with ITIL processes and principles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
