1. Rich experience in HRSD modules.2. Creation of HR Catalog Items and HR Categories.3. Worked on catalog UI policies and catalog client scripts.4. Configure HR services5. Configure HR case creation6. Redesigned entire process flow and forms based on new process.7. Configured flow and workflow.8. Worked on HR profiles and document templates.9. Worked on PDF Template10. Implemented technical document of HR catalog item..11. Worked on Employee Service Portal.12. Configured HR templates and HR case Template.13. Configured employee on boarding process and multiple services related to payroll.14. Worked on HR Criteria.15. Configured HR Assignment Rule and HR Matching Rules.16. ITSM, Reporting and Integrations experience is added advantage.17. ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator / Certified Application
Developer and CIS in HRSD module(1.) To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies(2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or Reopen Cases(3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.(4.) To independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team.(5.) To provide support for on call escalations orL3 level support and doing incident and problem management(6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update and management, Training freshers, coaching analysts and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.Goossens
