IT Services and IT Consulting) ID: 95012 We are currently seeking a Lead ServiceNow Developer with a strong GRC/IRM (Governance Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management) background. This role will have the opportunity to meaningfully impact and contribute to OpenText’s IT Compliance Program in support of the deployment of our Protected B environment in Canada. This individual will be joining our Development Team and reporting to the Manager of Enterprise Business Systems. This role is primarily responsible for the development/integration and administration of the GRC/IRM module in ServiceNow. You Are Great At Hands-on experience with design and configuration of the GRC module in ServiceNow as per best practices and integrating with other ServiceNow modules in support of policy, compliance and audit management Experience in other ServiceNow modules including: CSM, ITSM, ITBM, ITOM and SecOps Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead Automation of repetitive tasks, preventing recurring issues and increasing the usefulness and accuracy of data/processes Interacting with Business representatives to ensure their requirements are being met within the framework of the tools available What It Takes At least 4+ years of ServiceNow developer experience required FedRAMP and/or Protected B ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation experience Work with clients to design, architect coordinate, and deliver proper technology enablement and automation of cybersecurity risk and vulnerability management processes using ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps solutions Support the development and maturation of ServiceNow GRC functionality including defining indicators for Common Controls, Control Inheritance and Continuous ATO processes Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies Effective prioritization, coordination, delivery, and sharing of relevant status updates Adhere to IT Change Management and other ITIL best practices The ability to work independently and as part of a team and handle multiple streams of work effectively General working knowledge of industry compliance frameworks (Protected B, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA/HITRUST, FEDRAMP, etc.) Experience enabling security compliance programs in support of GCP, AWS and/or Azure environments is a plus Apply Now Full Name Email address We'll never share your email with anyone else.
