Location : Hybrid - onsite 3 days a week Tuesday-Thursday Local to - Charolette NC, Scottsdale AZ, Philadelpha PA
Duration : 6 months contract to hire ( need a release )
Must Have Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years related work experience or Undergraduate degree in a related field or the equivalent combination of training and experienceITIL certification, ServiceNow Administrator and ServiceNow Developer CertificationsServiceNow development experience

Leads the definition of product roadmaps and architecture for a product family, according to business strategies and enterprise architectureCollaborates with the broader architecture community to ensure that their products align with target architectures and technology roadmaps and provides input on required platform capabilities and improving development tools/processesWorks with other product teams, technology experts, and business stakeholders to provide functional supportAssists in the evaluation of vendors and products and participates in build vs. buy discussions with the product teamsActs as highest-level technical expert, resolving issues, assessing any potential risks and identifying solutionsLeads the discussions related to key product architecture decisions. Identifies new opportunities to improve products and provide input and support to the businessDevelops and reviews product architecture and design documentationPerforms feasibility analysis on potential future projectsAssists in the development of and management of architecture governance process(es)Plans and implements new technologies and major releases for the most critical enterprise-wide IT platform projects. Designs, implements, and deploys platforms to support and meet business needs. Identifies, recommends, and implements opportunities for improvement and performance issue solutions.Provides expert level technical support and ensures reliable operation of production.
