We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a highly technical and growing team. This candidate will have the opportunity to create, improve and participate in the growth of our customer's company.
This is a direct hire position with a flexible hybrid/remote schedule that will pay up to $140,000 annually and will be located in Eden Prairie, MN.
Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Design, develop, test, and debug custom applications and integrations using ServiceNow APIs, scripting languages, and web services.Create and configure workflows, forms, UI actions, business rules, reports, dashboards, and other ServiceNow components.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance, security, and functionality of the ServiceNow platform and applications.Document and maintain code and configuration standards and best practices.Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other developers.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.ServiceNow System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Application Developer certification.Experience with TSM (IT Service Management), CSM (Customer Service Management), and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON, and other web technologies.Familiarity with RESTful and SOAP web services, and integration tools.Experience using ServiceNow Studio and other tools to develop and deploy code.
