We're looking for a ServiceNow system Administrator :
Minimum 5-8 years of IT experience3+ years of relevant ServiceNow Operations and administration experienceShould be able to perform platform diagnostics, issue resolution, ServiceNow platform related incident / service request fixes, troubleshoot data loads / jobs / integrations etcPlatform management tasks like patching, upgrades, plugin activation, performance monitoring and issue resolutionPlatform enhancements, configuration and development tasks related to ITSM modulesCoordination with ServiceNow Product team for any product related bug fixingResponsible for application support and operational activities, code migrations, replications, patching, and upgradesCreates and maintains process and knowledge documentation for team and usersPerform data loads, configure reports, notifications, groups etc.
