Responsibilities
Roles & responsibilities
Collaborate with clients and business analysts to understand and gather requirements for GRC processes and functionalities.Design and develop custom ServiceNow GRC applications and modules to meet specific client needs and compliance requirements.Customize ServiceNow GRC workflows, policies, forms, and user interface (UI) elements to create user-friendly and efficient solutions.Implement and configure ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, and Audit ManagementDevelop and maintain ServiceNow GRC scripts, such as Business Rules and Client Scripts, to enhance system functionality and automate processes.Map customer requirements to ServiceNow GRC functionality and advise on best practices for implementing GRC processes.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for developed solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team and assist in knowledge transfer sessions.Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow GRC with other systems and tools, as required
Qualifications
Educational qualifications
BE/B-Tech/MCA/BSc-IT in an appropriate field from an accredited college/universityServiceNow GRC certifications (Certified Implementation Specialist - GRC, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable
Work Experience
The candidate must have 5 to 6 years of total experience.The candidate must have 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization.The candidate must have experience in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC implementation.
