Our Fortune 100 client wants to bring a remote Senior ServiceNow Developer to a growing team. This is a remote opportunity through the end of 2024.
We will be looking for someone to focus on our health scan and security center findings throughout this year.
Responsibilities:Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations based on business requirements and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders, including business analysts, system administrators, and end-users, to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, process flow diagrams, and test cases.Customize and extend ServiceNow modules using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.Develop and implement ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and notifications to automate and streamline business processes.Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with existing systems and applications.Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices, and propose recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).Proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or similar role, with expertise in designing and developing ServiceNow applications and integrations.In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services and API integrations.Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
