Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management:Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.Develop and maintain team goals, objectives, and metrics to track progress and performance.ITOM Development:Design, develop, and implement ITOM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on CMDB and CI management.Ensure the completeness, correctness, and de-duplication of configuration items.Develop and maintain discovery processes to identify and capture configuration items.Configuration Management:Oversee the implementation and management of the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Implement archival processes to manage the lifecycle of configuration items.Develop and enforce standards and best practices for configuration management.Technical Expertise:Utilize advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM modules to design and implement effective solutions.Provide technical leadership in the development and integration of ServiceNow applications.Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ITOM and ServiceNow development.Project Management:Manage and deliver ITOM projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Technical Skills:Strong expertise in ITOM, particularly in CMDB and CI management.Proficiency in configuration item discovery, archival, de-duplication, completeness, and correctness.Experience with ServiceNow Discovery is preferred but not mandatory.Industry Knowledge:
Experience in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is a plus.Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and manage a team of developers.Project Management:
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Communication:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
