Job Title: Python Technical Lead - OneTrust
Location: Remote
Company Overview:Cognizant is a leading company committed to ensuring data privacy and compliance. We are seeking a talented Python Technical Lead with expertise in utilizing OneTrust's platform to lead our efforts in maintaining and enhancing our privacy and compliance programs.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of developers and engineers in implementing and customizing OneTrust's platform to meet specific business requirements.Design and develop Python-based solutions to integrate, configure, and extend the functionalities of OneTrust.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and IT to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the OneTrust platform.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members working on OneTrust-related projects.Conduct code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and maintain high coding standards within the team.Troubleshoot issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize the performance and efficiency of OneTrust implementations.Stay updated with the latest OneTrust features, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement new functionalities as needed.Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.X+ years of professional experience working as a Python Developer or Technical Lead.Strong expertise in Python programming language and related frameworks/libraries.Hands-on experience with OneTrust's platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.Proficient understanding of privacy laws and regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, and other regional data privacy laws.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Leadership experience with a track record of successfully leading technical teams.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and stakeholders.OneTrust certifications or relevant training would be a plus.
