About the project:If you are a passionate, analytical, and communicative individual with a knack for AI and search optimization within ServiceNow, we would love to hear from you.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:• Content Curation and Optimization: Clean and optimize existing content to improve the performance of our search engine, which is currently overwhelmed with information.• Search Analytics: Conduct in-depth analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose steps to enhance search metrics and overall user experience.• ServiceNow Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of ServiceNow as a tool to improve its configuration and functionality, particularly in terms of search and knowledge components.• AI Search Improvement: Focus on AI-driven search enhancements, including auto-correction, synonyms, antonyms, and other advanced search features.• Service Management Understanding: Work closely with the Service Management Team and Customer Experience Team to understand and implement support model improvements, ensuring that IT tickets are directed to the appropriate teams efficiently.• User-Friendly Solutions: Develop and suggest user-friendly phrasing and solutions that align with the language and needs of end-users.• Process Management: Oversee the implementation process of proposed improvements, ensuring smooth adoption and integration into existing workflows.• Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of project goals.
You’re ideal for this role if you have:• Proven experience with ServiceNow, particularly in service management and search optimization.• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed analysis and propose actionable improvements.• Understanding of content curation, positioning, and AI-driven search enhancements.• Familiarity with corporate support models, including GBS (Global Business Services) and IT functions.• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.• Passion for AI and a user-centric approach to problem-solving.
