Carbon60 are working with a global airline who need an expert Software Licence Manager with extensive SAM Pro experience within ServiceNow. Job OverviewThe airline already use ServiceNow extensively, and have recently implemented Software Assessment Management (SAM) Pro. They need to realise the ROI, and are looking for an expert-level Software License Manger to configure and upload software license contracts into SAM Pro for Tier 1 and Tier 2 vendors. Main ResponsibilitiesConfiguration and upload of over 100 software license contracts in SAM Pro.Monitor and report on the usage of software licenses across the Group.Recommend appropriate corrective action for any discrepancies identified to ensure future compliance working with other teams where required (e.g., Vendor & Contract Management, Risk & Compliance Management, etc.).Act as a SME for optimising processes and reporting for managing software licensing and compliance.Support adoption of SAM Pro within the airline, to enable process efficiencies.Work closely with the project team to deliver their in scope capabilities. Required Experience & SkillsMinimum of 5 years' experience as a Software License Manager or similar.Expert knowledge of SAM Pro within the ServiceNow platform.Experience working in a large-scale, complex, enterprise organisation. Strong stakeholder management skills. Contract SpecificsContract Length: 3-months initially, with likelihood of extension to 6 months.Pay Rate: £500-£600 per day (Inside IR35).Hours: 37.5 hours per week (full-time).Office Location: West London.Working Flex: Predominantly remote, with maximum 1 day per week in office.Commute: Access via the Elizabeth Line or free on-site car parking.
