About the team Our IT Service Management (ITSM) team is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team. As a member of our ITSM team, you will be responsible for managing and improving the delivery of IT services to our users. You will work closely with our technical teams to ensure that our systems are operating efficiently and effectively. What you will be doing You will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our Servicenow platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements and implement solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all Servicenow platform-related issues and inquiriesDesign, build, and configure solutions within the Servicenow platform to meet business requirementsConduct regular platform maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performanceCreate and manage user roles, groups, and permissions within the platformDevelop and implement best practices for platform governance, including change management and complianceCollaborate with various teams to integrate Servicenow with other systems and applicationsProvide training and support to end users on how to use the platform effectivelyStay current on new Servicenow features and functionalities and recommend updates and enhancements as neededMonitor platform performance and identify areas for improvement What you bring:In depth understanding of Servicenow capabilitiesExcellent communication, listening and interpersonal skills to build relationships and gain support for platform utalisationAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail Added bonus if you have:Certification in ITIL v3/4 What we offer youA competitive salary and benefitsA variety of career development tools, resources and opportunitiesThe chance to work on some of the most challenging, relevant issues in the payment industry.Time to support charities and give back in your community
