Responsibilities include:Defines design patterns for enterprise ITSM Asset Management tool (ServiceNow).Develops and monitors asset management functions in ServiceNow for hardware and software.Ensures infrastructure designs and upgrades are made in accordance with established ITIL standardsIdentifies and establishes best practices for ITSM Asset ManagementThe ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:ServiceNow IT Asset Management development experienceHardware asset management (HAM)/Software Asset Management (SAM) Pro module configuration and development experienceVery familiar with Flow Designer, building catalog forms, CSDM, HRSD experience, service level management, service portfolio management, Employee Center ProJOB DESCRIPTIONAligns business strategy with software solutions.Proposes, designs & codes software solutions to address complex business needs. Oversees technical and procedural documentation required.Leads complex problem solving.Provides technical guidance and support to colleagues and solution development.Displays an innovative approach to apply modern principles, methodologies, and tools to advance business initiatives and capabilities.
