Role Description This is a contract remote role for a ServiceNow Consultant at SynergieNow, Inc. The ServiceNow Consultant will be responsible for providing technical expertise and assistance in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The consultant will collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet their business needs. They will also provide training and support to end-users and ensure the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Administration, ServiceNow Development, and ServiceNow ImplementationExperience in analyzing client requirements, designing ServiceNow solutions, and implementing customizations and enhancementsProficiency in ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service CatalogExcellent understanding of ITIL processes and best practicesStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skills for client interactionsAbility to work independently and in a teamServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are preferredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or experience
