We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Architect/Engineer to join our team based in Manila. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience with the ServiceNow platform and familiarity with Microsoft Azure integrations.
Roles and Responsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.Utilize Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Catalog Development/Deployment for effective ServiceNow implementation.Lead the development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules.Integrate ServiceNow solutions with various Microsoft Azure services and APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless system integration.Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and advanced ServiceNow techniques.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow and integrated systems.Document solutions, configurations, and processes for knowledge sharing and record-keeping.
Qualifications:5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Catalog Development/Deployment.3+ years of experience with ServiceNow HRSD and related modules.Experience with Microsoft Azure services and APIs, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure APIM, and Azure DevOps.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
