The Low Code Platforms practice works as a global organization as part of SoftServe Digital Platforms Group and addresses the rapidly growing demand for Low Code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pegasystems, the Microsoft Power Platform, and others. The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions. The team is responsible for developing the low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to our client base by the platform design best practices and under a defined implementation methodology.
IF YOU ARE
Skilled in executing test cases and reporting results, identifying and documenting defects and issues foundExperienced automated test scripts for ServiceNow applicationsHaving practice in Selenium WebDriver, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), or similarConducting regression, performance, and load testingThe one who knows how to ensure the reliability and scalability of ServiceNow applicationsAware of test case reviews, and requirement analysisExperienced in troubleshooting issues reported by customers or internal stakeholdersAdept at providing detailed analysis and root cause identificationCommitted to contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the QA processKnowledgeable in ServiceNow platform updates, features, and enhancements

Test ServiceNow applications to verify functionality, performance, reliability, and compatibility across different environmentsExecute comprehensive test plans and test cases based on business requirements and technical specificationsDesign, develop, and maintain automated test scriptsWork with Selenium WebDriver, ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) for regression testing and continuous integrationIdentify, record, prioritize, and track defects using issue-tracking tools (e.g. Jira) throughout the development lifecycleCollaborate with developers to resolve issues promptlyWork on ServiceNow platform capabilities, configurations, and integrationsEffectively test and validate application functionalitiesCooperate with cross-functional teams including developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure smooth integration and delivery of quality ServiceNow solutions
