Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the migration from their current ITSM (IBM ICD) to ServiceNow and implement a new CMDB.
You will work closely with the technical team and ServiceNow experts to oversee the migration and manage change effectively.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or in a similar role.Extensive experience with ServiceNow migrations.Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing a CMDB.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
