Senior ServiceNow Systems Administrator – 12-month Contract, Dublin
What’s involved:Maintains the operational status and integrity of the ServiceNow platform, including production and non-production environments, MID Servers, interfaces, and integrations.Analyses system performance for web, backend, and mobile applicationsDevelop Service Catalogues, Workflows, Catalogue Scripts, Service PortalsAutomate, Create, document, develop, configure, and integrate applications using ServiceNow platform and best practicesInteract with stakeholders on understanding goals and requirements
What you need:5yrs + strong and proven Servicedesk and Service Operations knowledge5yrs + strong and proven understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM and Core NOW platformExperience supporting Mobile Apps, Service Catalogue items, Self-Service Portal, and knowledge managementExperience generating Reports. Familiarization with Performance Analytics,ServiceNow Certified System Administrator5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow administration preferred
