Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Specialist specialising in ServiceNow Technology, Media, and Telecommunications (TMT) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK service provider space, extensive experience with ServiceNow products, and a proven track record in sales. This role involves driving sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the UK service provider sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy Development:Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets for ServiceNow TMT solutions.Identify and target key accounts within the UK service provider space.Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to market needs.Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the UK service provider industry.Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client challenges and requirements.Present and demonstrate the value of ServiceNow TMT solutions to prospective clients.Pipeline Management:Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of opportunities.Utilise CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.Solution Selling:Leverage deep knowledge of ServiceNow products and the UK service provider industry to provide customised solutions.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape.Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and presentations to showcase ServiceNow capabilities.Collaboration and Teamwork:Work closely with ServiceNow product teams, solution consultants, and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.Mentor and support junior sales team members.Customer Success:Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for new clients.Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.Drive customer retention and growth through ongoing relationship management.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus.Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on enterprise software solutions.Proven experience selling ServiceNow solutions, particularly within the TMT sector.Strong understanding of the UK service provider space, including key challenges, trends, and regulatory requirements.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Ability to travel as needed.
