Skills;- Extensive experience coaching and on the job training of CMDB staff resources- Experience in AZURE CI Class Management- Experience populating, managing and utilising ServiceNow CMDB/CSDM making use of the identification and reconciliation engine (IRE), IntegrationHub ETL, Service Graph connector functionalities- JavaScript, Scripting, ServiceNow (intermediate)
