We Are:An Elite ServiceNow partner specializing in Customer Workflows (CSM/FSM), IT Workflows (ITSM, ITAM) and Creator Workflows (AppEngine)A virtual team throughout the United States with headquarters in VirginiaDevoted to doing the right thing for our clients and team by leading with a human-first cultureAn experienced team of consultants who are dedicated to having fun and adding valueOpen minded and always welcoming new ideas and approaches You Are: An experienced ServiceNow Account Executive with proven experience in ServiceNow solution or licensing salesPacking at least 3 years of ServiceNow account management experience with net new as well as existing clientsClient-centric with excellent communication and presentation skills as well as a dedication to building long-standing partnershipsWell-versed in all ServiceNow product lines with specific experience presenting Customer, Creator, & IT WorkflowsPassionate about doing the right thing, no matter how many times it takesAn adventurer who wouldn’t mind traveling up to 20% of the time What You’ll Do: Identify and qualify new leads within your assigned territory, including prospecting and sourcingBe a trusted advisor and coordinate with appropriate Servos team members to engage with and build rapport with client stakeholdersAssist in delivering technical presentations and demonstrations to prospects and customersProvide clear communication channels between Servos Solutions team and clients at all stages to keep transparent communication a priorityCollaborate with the delivery team to stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow developments and leverage creative approaches to account managementTrack sales pipeline, forecast performance, and achieve assigned quotaParticipate in marketing and sales events What We Offer: A family first culture with unlimited PTO after your first yearHealth benefits with free coverage for you and competitive rates for your family401k match and a variety of other benefitsAn investment in your continued growth and development with training opportunities and certificationsThe opportunity to make a difference with other ServiceNow experts who truly believe in teamwork and changing the world
