Sentara Health is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead to join our ServiceNow team! The ServiceNow Team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Lead to join our team and help evolve platform project management functionality to support the needs of our growing Enterprise PMO. You'll lead design decision meetings, solutioning and build for this key module in our platform. You'll also provide stellar support to ensure effective operations and use by our diverse PMO groups. The ideal candidate will possess a broad and deep technical understanding of the ServiceNow Platform with specific focus on the applications in the Strategic Portfolio Management Suite of Products. They will also have significant experience implementing and supporting Project Management products. Areas of responsibility include: Provide Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM/ITBM) technical knowledge and expertise to ensure optimal solution implementation.Participate in business process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis of current/to-be processes during workshops with key stakeholdersDesign, configure, test, document, and deploy platform solutions to the environmentProvide technical insight into the solutioning for the best user experience and value propositionPrimary liaison with stakeholders customers for operational concernsImplement and enhance ServiceNow platform and modules per business requirementsKeep current with new ServiceNow capabilities and technologiesOversee or complete configuration, reporting and workflow administration to support business processes on the platformFormulate testing approaches and test cases and document themCreate technical architecture and technical specification documentationParticipate in/conduct code walkthroughs and ensure coding standards are metAssess and prepare technical documents, analyses, and briefings in support of business management and technology delivery environments (for Financial Management, Business Planning Portal, Alignment Planner. Innovation, Demand, Resource, Time, Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Agile Development, Test & Release Management, etc.)Consistently and proactively meet deadlines for project deliverables, such as user stories, technical design documentation, technical knowledge transfer documents, etc. Qualifications Demonstrated technical knowledge of and experience with ServiceNow platform with a specific focus on the Strategic Portfolio Management suite of products (Project, Program, Portfolio Management, Innovation, Demand, Resource, Time, Financial Management, Business Planning Portal, Alignment Planner, etc.)5 years of demonstrated ServiceNow Administration experience3 years of experience supporting project management technologies10 years proven experience in Information Technology and Information SystemsDemonstrated experience communicating complex ideas with stakeholders and building collaborative relationships with team members, customers, and other stakeholdersAuthenticity, self-awareness, resiliency, and curiosityDomain knowledge and experience with Strategic Portfolio Management practice capabilities a plusServiceNow Certified System AdministratorServiceNow CIS Certification a plus (CIS-PPM or APM preferred)BS degree in Computer Science, or related discipline from an accredited college/university or equivalent experienceITIL Certifications a plusExcellent Microsoft Office Productivity suite skills For more than a decade, Modern Healthcare magazine has ranked Sentara Healthcare as one of the nation's top integrated healthcare systems.
