Responsibilities:
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of print and digital design projects, including assets for marketing campaigns, product launches, trade shows, sales collateral, company catalog, and more. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity. Support social media content with a regular cadence of visuals for corporate channels. Creating & testing UI elements such as website CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. Develop concepts by hand or with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout. Apply industry knowledge, channel best practices, and the latest trends to continuously enhance the appeal and effectiveness of your work.
Requirements and skills:
Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills with excellent communication and presentation skills. 3+ years of professional experience with design software, e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Canva & familiarity with prototyping tool like Figma; preferably (not mandatory) from an IT/SaaS or B2B company; video editing skills a plus. Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web. Experience with both print and digital media. Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related work experience Basic knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript
