Overview:We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to join an exciting new growth in the team working projects across the Federal/Government sector.
What will you be doing:Lead processes for ServiceNow projects focused across the Federal/Government sectorDevelop and deliver end user testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etcBe the face of the business in speaking with clients to solve their pain pointsLead functional process workshopsDesign bespoke processes that assist client in overcoming obstacles and to achieve project success.Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions.Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect
Experience:Strong ServiceNow functional background4+ years in ServiceNow experience minimumAbility to get Public Trust ClearanceIndustry experience in Government/Federal sector desirableServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, CIS etc...
