Job Summary
Manager, Digital Experience (US ServiceNow Manager)
The Digital Employee Experience team at FedEx is focused on transforming HR and business processes to enhance our global operations. The Manager of Digital Design will oversee a team responsible for driving the roll out strategy for the ServiceNow in the United States as well as the visual design of the unified employee portal, focusing on a holistic digital employee experience globally.

Manage team to develop strategies for and coordinates the conceptualization, planning, design, quality assurance, implementation and support of cross-divisional technology solutions collaborate with internal customers to provide services, such as: business expertise, requirements and application design, quality assurance, implementation support, application support, lifecycle management, decision support and software solutions, hosting, and planning. Creates the standards and practices for services provided and ensures standards and practices are followed by the department and internal customers.
Essential Functions
Responsible for implementation of ServiceNow as a tool in the U.S. marketDesign the digital employee experience for employees around the world to optimize employee engagement and productivityFocus on automation and integrations of ServiceNow with other FedEx technologiesDefine the visual strategy for the employee portal with a focus on a holistic digital employee experienceCollaborate with key stakeholders to design and implement design aspects across various domainsManage a team of ServiceNow designers and administrator responsible for managing content and standards for a cross functional portal.Provide training and support for content creators in line with defined standardsMonitor compliance within the portalBenchmark and create best practice for the digital employee experienceWork with IT partners to understand platform enhancements and implementation tactics for continuous improvement related to the employee portalManagement responsibilities include, but are not limited to: hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management, staff productivity and develop and manage department budget.Sets strategies for and coordinates the conceptualization, planning, design, quality assurance, implementation and support of cross-divisional technology solutions.Collaborates with internal customers to provide services, such as: business expertise, requirements and application design, quality assurance, implementation support, application support, lifecycle management, decision support and software solutions, hosting, and planning.Creates the standards and practices for services provided and ensures standards and practices are followed by the department and internal customers.Perform other duties as assigned

Domicile Information
This position can be domiciled anywhere in the United States, or in Plano, TX, Memphis, TN, or Pittsburgh, PA.
The ability to work remotely within the United States may be available based on business need.
Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Information Systems, Computer Data Processing, Computer Science, Human Resources Technology, statistics, math or other related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years’ experience in HRIS, IT or other Information Systems (IS) experience including experience leading large projects
Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Strong leadership, interpersonal, collaborative, planning and organization, collaborative, project management and communication skills.
Working knowledge of current industry trends and emerging technologies, coding languages, and human resources data.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Pay: U.S. Pay Range: $8,007.29/month - $14,413.11/month
