As ServiceNow developer, you will be responsible for working to develop, design technical solution on ServiceNow platform on IRM, BCM and SecOps scope. You will provide application development and maintenance along with technical support by following ServiceNow platform best practices.The scope of BNPP is the Cyber Security and the IT Risk (IRM, BCM & SecOps) Roles and
Responsibilities: Configuration/Coding which includes UI changes, Workflows, Reports, data Imports, Integrations, scripting, custom application development.Developing Service Request process flow with respective to User requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, Workflow, Events, Notifications.Develop reusable utilities to maintain low-code.Develop Service Portal according the user requirements for custom application utilizing ServiceNow Platform tools/modules.Responsible for developing the ServiceNow applications which includes automation of processes, customizations, Integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events, Serverside/Client-side scripting, AngularJS to meet the Business requirements.Create and maintain system technical design and specifications documentation.Must analyze and fully understand user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate process workflows and address scheduling limitations throughout the development and delivery of the ServiceNow roadmapPerforms system and integration testing by providing test data for respective scenarios developed.Providing support to Analysts on the technical feasibilities or data.
Education Degree in Computer Science or equivalent – 5 years studies
Experience Must have minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow DeveloperProven track record in ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, Service Portal technologiesExperience on ServiceNow GRC/IRM, SecOps, BCM preferred but not required
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong Experience in ServiceNow scripting - JavaScript Strong Experience in Glide Script, Rest, SOAP Webservices Knowledge of integrating with internal and external applications and systems Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organizationAbility to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to successfully design, develop, and support ServiceNow backend and Portal Ability to work on multiple overlapping projectsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionLanguages English advance level, minimum C1 or equivalentLicenses and Certifications ServiceNow Admin and Developer certifications preferred.
