What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support the design and testing of the ServiceNow system to align with business objectives and enhance user experience Facilitate design sessions and lead the development of design specifications for system enhancements Analyze the impact of configuration changes and lead meetings to resolve priority issues Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements for technology solutions Provide support for integrations, reporting, and data migrations while mitigating risks
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED with four (4) years of relevant work experience Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting Technology Service Delivery Proven experience in administration, upgrading, and enhancing business process solutions Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for various audiences Experience with applications similar to ServiceNow, OneStream, Hyperion, Coupa, or Kronos/UKG
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Prior experience with ServiceNow HRSD A proactive and innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box Experience mentoring less experienced team members Familiarity with the request for proposal (RFP) process Proven track record of collaboration across multiple functions
