Title: ITSM ServiceNow Analyst
Location: United States, 100% Remote
Compensation: $52.00-$60.00/hour
Duration: 6+ months
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.
High Level Contractor Requirements.Good written and communication skills.Experience in creating workflows and process documentation.Experience with working with Business process owners to gather current processes and requirements.5+ years' experience in Hardware and Software asset management lifecycle management.Experience in ITSM tool, preferably ServiceNow knowledge.Knowledge is writing stories for ServiceNow development requirements would be a plus.
Detailed level Contractor Requirements.
Asset Inventory Management:Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all IT assets.Manage an ITAM System for Tracking and reporting.
Workflow and Process Documentation:Create detailed workflows and process documentation.Work with business process owners to gather current processes and requirements.
Asset Lifecycle Management:Assist in deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT assets.Develop and provide guidance on implementing lifecycle policies and procedures.
Compliance and Risk Management:Assist in ensuring compliance with licensing agreement and regulatory requirements.Identify and mitigate risk associated with IT assets.
Knowledge in ITSM Tool ServiceNow:Utilize ServiceNow for ITSM (IT Service Management) processes.Write user stories for ServiceNow development requirements.
Reporting and Documentation:Generate regular reporting on asset status, usage etc.
