The Enterprise Service Platform (ESP team) provides service management solutions for our internal customers as well as improved integrations, insights and intelligence using the ServiceNow (NOW) platform. We are looking for a ServiceNow developer who is proficient in developing ServiceNow customized solution for our customers. This position is responsible for crafting code to solve issues, remediating bugs, reviewing other developer's code, testing, and enabling new digitized functionality within ServiceNow by creating or modifying workflows. Identifying the use cases for Artificial Intelligence on ServiceNow and leading different solutions from end-to-end perspective. To be successful, one should have prior experience as a Software Developer with significant NOW experience on different modules, specifically on IT Operation Management (ITOM). Cisco employs a Scaled Agile / DevOps environment to deliver improvements and fixes to the platform, so experience with this working model is a plus. You will be working with Architects, Product Owners, other Developers, vendors, collaborators and Process Owners to deliver highly scalable and integrated solutions for NOW. Responsibilities : Develop, test and deploy code to ServiceNow using Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC) standard methodology methods. Lead discussions with internal customers on various integration, transform maps, workflows, customization & prioritized applications and document requirements. As a developer, always think and act like an architect and help team with end-to-end designing and delivery of customized solutions to our customers on ServiceNow Platform. Advise on options, risk and impacts on business processes, indicating continual opportunities to improve through digitization, automation & AI/ML. Provide feedback for Code Reviews to peers and others on ServiceNow platform. Should know Software Development principles and coding languages such as Python and Java Script. Guide and mentor developers with your knowledge of ServiceNow and the modules it contains. Continually improve learning with anything new on ServiceNow platform. Participate and support NOW’s release management process, Cloning and platform upgrade. Who You Are Our Minimum Qualifications for this Role are: 2+ years of ServiceNow experience with ITOM, Customization, Service Portal, Integrations and AI/ML experience. 3+ years of coding, testing and implementing ServiceNow as a technical resource Minimum 1 year Experience with ITSM, ITOM (CMDB and Discovery) modules of ServiceNow (required) Minimum 1 year ServiceNow App Engine Studio for Developers & Flow Designer experience Our Preferred Qualifications for this role are: A good understanding of Database architecture and technologies Experience with Vulnerability Management, Integrated Risk Management & Governance Risk and Compliance modules. Exposure to other NOW modules and the NOW platform itself (preferred) Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Java etc.) and working in a SaaS environment. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult to garner the best step forward Degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification (Preferred) Knowledge, experience and certified in ITIL and SAFe (Preferred) Why Cisco #WeAreCisco.
