Positions Available:
ServiceNow HRSD DeveloperResponsibilities:Design and implement end-to-end HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.Develop and manage all Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within HRSD.Handle HR Lifecycle Events, ensuring seamless integration and automation of HR processes.Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional ServiceNow applications.Requirements:Must be aware of all HRSD COEs.Proficient in developing HR Lifecycle Event workflows.Strong understanding of HR case management, knowledge management, and employee service center configurations.ServiceNow ITOM DeveloperResponsibilities:Develop and maintain the IT Operations Management (ITOM) suite with a focus on the Visibility aspect.Implement ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping to enhance IT visibility.Integrate Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with other ITOM processes.Work on Event Management and Operational Intelligence to improve proactive monitoring.Requirements:Must be aware of the Visibility part of ITOM.Strong experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.Knowledge of Event Management and Operational Intelligence is a plus.ServiceNow GRC/SecOps DeveloperResponsibilities:Develop and manage Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) applications on the ServiceNow platform.Implement Security Operations (SecOps) modules including Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, and Threat Intelligence.Work on third-party integrations to enhance GRC and SecOps capabilities.Develop workflows for Policy and Compliance Management, Risk Management, Audit Management, and Vendor Risk Management (VRM).Requirements:Must be aware of third-party integrations within GRC and SecOps.Experience in Policy and Compliance Management (PCM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and Audit Management.Strong understanding of Security Incident Management and Threat Intelligence.ServiceNow SPM DeveloperResponsibilities:Manage and develop Service Portfolio Management (SPM) processes on the ServiceNow platform.Work on the full SPM lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring alignment with business goals.Implement demand management, project portfolio management, and resource management solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure SPM processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:Must be aware of the full SPM process.Experience with demand management, project management, and resource management modules.Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities in SPM.General Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Why Join TechSnitch?
