We're looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Product Leader to join our dynamic Products and Platforms team. In this role, you'll lead & manage a ServiceNow team, driving the development, management, and support of ServiceNow applications, with a focus on App Engine.
Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to define and manage application roadmaps that align with business goals and vendor strategies.Oversee a team of contingent workers to ensure enhancements follow SDLC, design, and quality standards.Maintain the integrity of product backlogs, focusing on story quality, prioritization, and delivery efficiency.Ensure the performance and user experience of ServiceNow applications remain unaffected by new developments.Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the ServiceNow ecosystem.Monitor and report all product-related costs, including licensing and resource allocation.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.5+ years of experience with ServiceNow products.Strong understanding of digital product governance and data security within ServiceNow.Preferred: ServiceNow certification like CSA or CIS.
