Job Title: ServiceNow DeveloperExperience: 4+ YearsLocation: ChennaiHiring Mode: C2H (Contract to Hire)
Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Development: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, particularly focusing on ITSM and CMDB modules to meet business requirements.Integration Design and Implementation: Create and manage integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring data consistency and reliability.Module Maintenance: Regularly update and optimize ServiceNow modules to improve performance, security, and user experience.Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational goals.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and integration processes.
Required Skills:Proficient in ServiceNow scripting and workflows.Strong understanding of ITSM and CMDB processes.Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and REST/SOAP integrations.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
