Overview:As a ServiceNow Architect at Deloitte, you will work at a leading consulting company and ServiceNow Global Elite Partner. You'll be part of a rapidly growing team of ServiceNow professionals, combining deep business process and technology experience. This role involves participating in interesting projects for high-profile clients and acting as a mentor to colleagues.
Position
Participate in ServiceNow implementation projects for global and regional sector leaders.Lead and mentor a team of architects and developers.Provide guidance, advocate best practices, and act as a role model within the team.
Responsibilities
Utilize a holistic view and broad knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.Lead the integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools (REST, SOAP, email, MID server, etc.).Design solutions that solve business problems using ServiceNow.Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.Lead teams through complex and challenging project environments.
Requirement Qualifications
Proven experience with ITSM and/or ITOM.Strong knowledge of ServiceNow database design, data modeling, and CSDM.Certified Implementation Specialist certificate.Certified Application Developer level knowledge.Experience in leading projects and teams.Excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and proficiency in English (C1 level).

Additional Information
It’s beneficial if you have additional Implementation Specialist certificates and experience in architecture design in HR, SAM, or ITBM.
