We have successfully designed and implemented complex systems and advised senior technology executives.We are a member of the ServiceNow Partner Program, providing specialist expertise and services, technology (application development) and sales (licences).
Responsibilities of the role:
Working in a team, or independently depending on the task, you will provide ServiceNow business analysis and design services, including:• Proactively lead or contribute to a high standard of Business Analysis (BA) activities, primarily in support of ServiceNow projects. Activities will include, but are not limited to:o Leading Workshops,o Capture of requirements, and their analysis, in industry best-practice notations and methods,o Conduct solution design activities in industry best-practice notations and methods,o Preparation of BA-relevant documentation,o Activities relating to testing,o Activities relating to training, including leading training sessions, and contribution to the remediation, enhancement and support of ServiceNow implementations (for both clients and internal Novabridge implementations).• Assist, as directed, in proposals to potential clients, where Business Analysis services are part of the proposal. This includes in-person presentations to clients and responding to queries.• Continuously improve, (at a minimum, maintain) currency and proficiency in both Business Analysis and ServiceNow accreditations and qualifications. This includes planning and proposing any training you think you require to maintain or extend those qualifications.• Proactively improve currency and proficiency in software development ‘soft skills’, such as business analysis, solution design, testing, workshops, training, client engagement and team leadership. This includes planning and proposing any training you think you require to maintain or extend those skills and qualifications.• Supervising, training, managing and/or mentoring, as directed, other less experienced co-located Novabridge staff.• Assisting in the development of internal Novabridge intellectual property, such as:*processes,*procedures,*wikis, scripts,*associated best practices in topics relating to ServiceNow, code repositories and,*pre-sales collateral Lead, inspire, and motivate the project team to achieve their objectives while maintaining a collaborative and positive work environment.• Maintain your security clearance(s) and/or apply for clearance upgrades as required by clients.Qualifications and Skills:
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow implementation, configuration, and administration.• In-depth knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.• Proven track-record of successful project management and delivery.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
Security ClearanceSuccessful candidates must either hold an active Federal security clearance of Negative Vetting 1 (NV1), or higher, or be willing to undergo the security clearance process. Only Australian citizens will be considered. There are lots of wonderful visa-holders available to work in Australia, but sadly, our clients require our team to hold federal government security clearances.
