 Role Description
 This is a full-time remote role for a ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow platform for clients, ensuring successful software implementation, providing customer satisfaction through effective communication, and delivering high-quality customer service on a day-to-day basis.
