Roles & Responsibilities
Lead customer workshops, demonstrating out of box features and documenting variations needed for LYB successful rollout.Build User Stories covering all requirements.Guide the Cognizant technical team during development sprints as the voice of LYB business needs.Guide and assist LYB in performing User Acceptance Testing,Own the design and development of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow HRSD and Now PlatformLead all aspects of the implementation of scalable and robust infrastructure that meets business requirementsProvide technical mentorship and support to the development team to ensure best practicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ServiceNow solutions with existing systemsEnsure the infrastructure solutions are secure, reliable, and optimized for performanceDevelop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurationsConduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standardsImplement automation and orchestration solutions to streamline infrastructure managementMonitor and analyze infrastructure performance to identify areas for improvementSolve and resolve complex infrastructure issues in a timely mannerStay updated with the latest trends and advancements in ServiceNow technologiesParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersContribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure development processesQualifications - Possess extensive experience with ServiceNow HRSD and Now PlatformDemonstrate proficiency in ServiceNow ITOM, GRC, and Security OperationsHave a strong understanding of ServiceNow CMDB and CSDMShow expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAMExperience with ServiceNow App Engine and Cloud Observability is highly desirableFamiliarity with ServiceNow Financial Services and Healthcare modules is a plusKnowledge of ServiceNow Virtual Agent and UI Builder is beneficialStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issuesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000.00 – $117,000.00 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
