In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and configuration options across various modules (e.g., Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management)Experience with workflow automation tools within ServiceNowProficiency in scripting languages like JavaScript or ServiceNow scripting languages (e.g., Jelly Script)Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) best practices (e.g., ITIL).ServiceNow API and web services for integrations.
