Job descriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced and passionate ServiceNow Agile Coach to join our team and play a key role in facilitating the successful adoption of Agile methodologies for ServiceNow development projects with a strong emphasis on IT service management ITSM best practices aligned with ITIL You will champion Agile principles coach and guide development teams and ensure the smooth execution of Agile frameworks within the ServiceNow environment with a specific focus on integrating ITIL processesResponsibilitiesCoach and guide ServiceNow development teams on Agile methodologiesScrum Kanban and best practices with a focus on ITIL processes Incident ProblemChange Configuration ManagementFacilitate all Scrum ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Standups SprintReviews and Sprint Retrospectives while ensuring alignment with ITIL processesManage the ServiceNow project backlog including user stories epics tasks and ensuring traceability to ITIL processesFoster collaboration and communication between development teams business stakeholders product owners and ITIL process ownersRemove roadblocks and impediments that hinder team progress considering both Agile and ITIL perspectivesEnsure transparency and visibility into project progress through reports and dashboards aligned with ITIL metricsContinuously monitor and improve team performance using Agile metrics velocity burndown charts and ITIL metrics resolution times incident volumePromote a culture of continuous improvement within the ServiceNow development process integrating Agile and ITIL best practicesStay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in Agile methodologiesITIL best practices and the ServiceNow platform
