SPM PPM BPC for the following role. This is a remote role which will require obtaining a clearance. Obtaining a clearance includes providing background information to the government and traveling to a government facility to obtain a PIV card and sign any additional documentation before officially being onboarded. Offices are located around major metropolitan areas.
Responsibilities:Lead SPM /ITBM efforts and workshopsCollaborate with customers to improve their SPM/ITBM processes using the ServiceNow platformManage and communicate SPM/ITBM process and business requirements to the delivery team to ensure that the proposed solutions meet customer expectationsGuiding customers in defining and refining business requirement for functional aspects of the solutionDrafting user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving themContribute towards continuous improvement of leading best practices for SPM/ITBM
Required Skills:Must be a US CitizenMust be able to obtain DHS SuitabilityMust be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearanceExperience in analyzing and recommending SPM/ITBM strategies based on business prioritiesSignificant consulting experience within complex, global organizations with the ability to influence and consult on SPM/ITBM in an ITIL / ITSM Services environmentExperience in defining and deploying future-state SPM/ITBM processes and in identifying solutions from a people, process and technology perspective
